Location is good and all necessary amenities available. Overall pleasant experience and staff is also supportive.

Not worth the price. No maintenance of rooms. Paint peeling off the walls and dampness all over. No service or maintenance. The breakfast buffet is a joke. No hygiene anywhere. Very patronising behaviour of the staff but no real service. Run down place but very high rates due to demand.

Air conditioner was not working. TV was not functioning. After so many reminders person was sent who was knowing nothing about TV and A/C. They take atheist 20 hours to remove used cup from room. Restaurant is not operational, they told it is under maintenance. The person sitting at reception was not of use of any help. I think management is not giving attention and is standstill like beautiful wall clock at the reception hall.

Hotel embassy is good and higine hotal. Also break fast is tasty and fresh. Overall good experience.

Need more clean room, bathroom and toilet water through mode is very poor. Room is good, breakfast also good.

Rooms are pretty decent sized and clean. AC was working properly and sheets were clean. Staff was non-intrusive to female guest. Hotel food was good in taste. My stay was uneventful.

Comparing prices. It’s too expensive and hygiene is not maintained. Ever charging slots were not working. Not worth in 3k

Poor experience this time no dental keet available in rooms towels not clean it's totally black no body soap available

The upkeep of hotel wasn't good. The pillow covers, towels were dirty and old. Only one water bottle is provided per room. The service was poor too. Will never ever prefer to stay here.

The hotel seems good from photos uploaded but the rooms wash rooms are really full of stains and seems no maintenance has been donemosquitoes are plenty in the reception counterrooms have shabby look

I had booked a 6 day stay but then i had a health emergency related to my family the next day. So i requested them to cancel the booking for the next 5 days and refund the amount but they refused to refund even the amount for one single day. They kept the entire amount for the rest of the 5 days of stay even after i left the hotel. I lost a lot of money due to the management's insensitivity to the customer's unforeseen personal emergencies.
