Poor location and facilities

I could not sleep at night, since there is a big vegetable market just behind rooms and they start it early at 2am or 3am. U can not even change room. It's same case for all rooms. No dust bins water leak in sink poor smell in corridor dirty bed sheets asked money from me for festival while checking out.
