Because cockroaches are roaming around in roam and washroom .. WIFi service is not available and Connectivity inside the room is very poor . Electric kettle is given but no coffee packets and sugar and milk given , upon asking they said . We don’t provide..

Hotel staffs were less responsive and not customer friendly, not bothered of the value of time of guest. Television was not working and was corrected.

1- there is not good room service. 2- not able to attend calls promptly. 3- no room calling system. 4- house keeping only after insists. 5- not providing even after wants to pay additionally for coffee/ juice etc. Out door view from window
