Hotel Diamond

The room was not clean. The bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty. Toilets were not good as well. Overall, was a bad experience.

No TV though I paid for it, last min changes in the rates which was handled by mmt, I was asked to pay for extra bed which I did but there was no space for extra bed, hence after paying no bed.

No lift. Towels and bedsheets provided were not that clean.

Excellent room on prime location and a great hospitality services indeed a value for money.

Room was quite neat and clean with all facilities. Location was too good, in the centre of city. Also the stay was comfortable.

Decent stay in small budget. Pretty good location as well. Away from the congested area and the locality is near to dargah. Also access to transport is readily available. The hotel staff was also generous.

The hotel location is excellent. Just 600 metres away from dargah. But the stay at hotel was average even we checked in at 4 pm . Rooms were not ready and took almost 1 hour for getting rooms cleaned . Hotel management should take care of such things. For budget hotel seekers only.

The stay was cheap but good, the person on the desk was very polite. Halted for a couple of hours as I had a train later, the rooms and the bathroom are clean and well kept. A few minutes walk from the station.

Very nice cooperative people environment clean rooms overall very good experience tea is good too. Near station 800 and dargah as well walkable distance and restaurants nearby and overall good to stay here.

Nice place, staff members are good, location is good, cleanliness in the room is good. I like the place it is very close to my destination therefore I like the place. I would like to stay again if in future. I will go Ajmer.

This hotel is not good but not clean the room so I do not recommend another people. There was not good behaviour, behaviour is roody type not helpful people in hotel. Hotel management is not good behaviour

The hotel is very neat and clean. Location is irritating but when I reached at hotel. The staff is very cooperative. Rooms are little bit small but very clean. Nearby railway station as well bus stand.

Everything is OK. Good budget hotel for stay. Location is good, near Railway Station. I reach there late night at 12. 15pm. My room is ready. I ask for all-out & get it. I don't take any food from hotel. So I can't say about the quality of food of hotel. Otherwise everything is OK.
