Very good arrangements. The person at the reception was very polite and the breakfast arrangements were good. at evey stage hotel staff provide good assistance.

AC is not working and very unprofessional staff. Not recommended for corporate booking

Very bad behavior of staff. Owner was also rude no change of bed sheet.

Worst stay. Will never use mmt anymore. They cannot make hotel stay to their name. He shifted to another hotel named vatika which was a severe degrade because we were students and there was demand of rooms. Pire oppurtunism. Useless services. Sent to some obscure location 2 km away from hotel. No food available there. And the hotel took food order and came 3 hr late at 11 pm in night for student who have exams next morning. Will give negative star.

It was a terrible experience in this hotel. First they made me wait for half an hour at their premises and then they change the hotel and arrange a foul smelled washroom and room. The room was full of mosquito and it was a horrific night for me as i couldn't have sleep because continuous mosquito bites. The room has no basic facilities. Bedsheets, matrices, was unwashed. I have a very bad experience. I suggest readers stay away from this hotel and better manage some new ones.

The stay was horrible. Further, there wasn't any welcome kit provided at the room except few insects roaming on the bed. The bedcovers and blanket covers had yellow stains and hair all around, it was not changed after last used. Ac was not working. The behaviour of staffs was very very rude. Overall horrible expience

The hotel is one of the oldest hotel, rooms are good, breakfast is pathetic, approach to hotel is very difficult to enter in a taxi. Even it is centrally located

This is probably the best available hotel in Madhubani considering the small town you can't expect better than this. It's located in Central place. Food is good. Rooms are OK. Services is OK. Staff is friendly.

Hotel location is really in a congested road, the approach was pathetic, with rains continuing, it was miserable to get out and reach hotel. Parking space though we got for overnight, was insufficient overall. The reception etc are in the first floor, lift did not work. Reception is the feel and look was very ordinary lodge kind! The staff were really helpful, they did their best, that is good part of the whole stay. Main concern for my discomfort was the cleanliness of the lined, the towels had dirty marks and even the bed linen looked like they were not replaced after the previous occupancy! Rooms were smelling like a lodge - probably not sufficiently ventilated and the season was rainy too. Food part and service in the restaurant was decent and very cordial staff. Food taste was good. Overall experience I would rate as Average only.. Recommendation is to be watchful on the linen. Better to carry own towel!!!

Room is okay but not as per tariff, location is okay. They need to modernize the facilities and rooms also. Service is the major property of any hotel so they have to accelerate it for better .. LED mounted so high these things should be in eye level ...

It was good to stay in the hotel. Nice food. But lift is not working. That's the negative thing in the hotel. Though I have paid the bill advance through Make my trip. I was asked to pay more money during check-out. It took 30 minutes to get everything cleared.

Location is easily accessible for new people. Improved services may increase their ratings. Service is quite good. Customer get satisfied after one or two visit. Cleaning of hotel can be improved. This will improve customer satisfaction.
