Connectivity to various historical places, are so good. Room condition was awesome. All foods (provided by restaurant) were less spicy so it’s good to have.

A peaceful and happy stay of 3 days

coupleThe staff was very polite and made our stay quite pleasant. The hotel is located at a prime location on the main road and most of the tourist locations like random ghar and talatal ghar is withing walking distance. Joys-agar tank is also very near and you can see it from the upper floor rooms. Loved staying here and will stay here again when i am in shibsagar in future

Toilet was too dirty with lot of black stains. There was strong smell of cigarette all over the pillow cover and blanket. Probably those were not changed after the last guest left the room. Also, the hotel staff started cleaning working at 6 am by pulling chairs in the upper floor due to which lots of noise came to the room and i couldn't sleep at all. The bed was also not good as it was making lots of noise even with slightest movement. Overall bad experience.

Sorry you had so much trouble in our hotel, that day there was a lot of water problem in our place that's why you saw black stain in toilet, that day the hotel staff did not do that, rather there was a party that day what was it like for those who school children. And after check out or before new guest check in we have always changed bedsheet, pillow cover, comforter, blanket etc etc. Again we very sorry. I hope you guys will come next time you will not to face such a problems. Thank you.
