inform you about the poor service I experienced during my stay at your hotel. As per the amenities checklist provided, the following facilities/services were not available in my room very poor house keeping,hot water, room service, etc This has caused inconvenience and disappointment, as these amenities were clearly mentioned at the time of booking. I request you to kindly take immediate corrective action and ensure that the promised amenities are provided. Also, please look into the matter so that such issues do not occur for future guests. Looking forward to your prompt resolution.

Rooms are too old. Fan is very slow and cleaning is not good. Cot and matress quality is too poor. Bathroom also very old type.

Hotel city pride Yavatmal worst hotel in the world. There owner was rude no sense to talk him how to behave with the customer. I never recommend to anyone to book it. Dear make my trip team please remove this hotel from your platform to decrease your rating

I have been booking hotels across India from last 1 month and this was the worst most of the hotels dosnt hav proper car parking but their staff used to accompany me for parking.leav about the parking we have to ask them for everything even for a bottle of water soap towel everything.and they behave like as if they are doing it for free.horrible
