businessI was given a banquet room to stay instead of the room booked. No wardrobe and room was stinking, even a chairs & center table were not there. Now, as I had paid for the regular double room and was given a room which was even worth Rs 500. I would like to request you to refund my money.

The room was not maintained well, no complimentary coffee tea in the room, the bathroom exhaust fan was not working, however staff behaviour was very polite. The hotel area's environment is silent and open.

The property is well maintained. Service and behaviour is pretty good. Overall stay is good. But there are some negative points. The swimming pool isn't maintained. The water colour is greenish and we found insects in the pool water. Bathroom hand shower had issues. No toiletries provided. No arrangement for making hot water, tea or coffee at room. You need to order your food at-least 1 hour before your actual eating time. Location is quite far away from reserve forest. Except these issues the stay was good. The front side lawn is nice. Building interior is also good. Overall nice stay
