Rooms were horrible, shower was not working. The walls were broken. Intercom was not working. Shabby maintenance was explicitly visible. Attached a photograph for your reference. I would need this to be refunded as it was not value for money

businessMy overall experience was good enough to stay here the cleanliness was very good at hotel and wonderful staff behaviour. The food quality is also very nice, although I can say it is a good place to stay here because this hotel is just opposite to railway station so it is very convenient for city tour and visit one place to another place.

Pathetic Hotel Chetak

Pathetic. Terrible. I have already written it in the previous review.
The service , the ambiance , the cleanliness of the room was pathetic. The cooler was not even in a condition to work I believe. The worked did not even care to provide us with soap even after pre booking our rooms. The TV did not have it's remote and we had to call up the workers for soap and remote. The soap was not given even after 15 mins of waiting and then when we called for it once again, nobody picked up the phone at least for 10 mins. The bathroom was not clean and was not equipped with geyser. In the morning, I woke up just by the noise made by the ' highly under-qualified workers. Also, there was a (1) mere towel in the room and there were no slippers. Forget about the minor but basic things such as toothpaste, comb, geyser etc. Worst hotel I have ever visited in a lifetime. I highly do not recommend this hotel to anyone.Below the hotel is a bakery kind of shop which is also pathetic in it's kind. Appropriate number of staffs are not distributed over the hotel and it's bakery shop. This thing does not even qualify as an hotel.

I like hotel and hotel location is very near the hotel at Railway station.
We didn't know what to expect and were very happy to find pleasant helpful staff, everywhere clean and tidy, comfortable beds and brilliant food. The whole place oozes history and things of interest, not to mention being placed in what must surely be one of the most beautiful areas in the UK. Thank you to all staff. We would love to come back.

Google map shows correct position of that Chetak hotel, there is no need to ask the position of that Chetak hotel, just come out from Chittorgarh garh main gate and see the hotel, and have gone to hotel on foot, resption is good, staff of that hotel are familiar, rooms are clean
