there is no one to attend the customer. no one available at reception. not drinking water available. overall worst experience.

Overall hygiene and maintain issue. Pillow, Wahroom hand shower not available etc.

Dirty stairs, unhygienic room with dirty bedsheet, pillow cover,blanket and towel, cockroaches kept crawling through the night, washroom was horrible with leakages beneath commode.

Water is very bad. Earth-warm are showing in water. Bad-sheet are too dirty and unwashed.

No food service, rooms not up to the mark. Entrance is dirty. Beds & mattress are not good. Bed sheet also not cleaned

The price was very affordable, but the service was very good. The receptionist was polite. The rooms are basic and very clean. Will definitely come back later.

It was the worst / horrible or whatever describes it as an experience. First of all no standard of hygiene there. Towels provided were the dirtiest ever provided by hotel. Geyers were for name sake didn't work, had to take cold shower in early winter morning. Taps were not in running comdition. When told about all these to the staff member his response was the worst told us to complaint to makemytrip as couldn't sort-out the problems and the guy was in drunk condition. Iwould suggest to pay some more if required to make a stay in other place rather than this hotel

Not well maintained. But staff is cooperative

The room was not bad. The linens were poorly washed. Initially they provide 1 towel for me and for my wife. The y have not provided us with glass for water. The tvs were not functional in both the rooms. When i request for water glass they provided us only. The hotel rooms are on the 2nd floor of a building having a bank of baroda at the first floor along-with several shops and the ground floor is fully occupied with several commercial shops. The stair case leading to 1st and 2nd floor is quite dirty. I haven't seen any dining hall and kitchen. Our food and snacks requirements are outsourced where our choices are ignored. Finally i suggest that the hotel may be delis-ted since it has brought a bad name to your organization indirectly. Dr. Nirmal barua

Though i booked ac room i was accommaded in non ac room

Hi. Ys. Stay is good room is clean, but geyser is not working. And food is not available in the hotel.

Room was to dirty and poor staff didn't allow couple as i have mentioned the name as i booked and staff asked extra charge for couples

Very poor facilities and amenities

Hotel was dirty. Room was okay but hot water is not available. Staff was nice.

Running water facilities are very much poor. Unclear latrine kind and basin. Breakfast was not suitable. And there is no wi-fi facility.

Dirty room, with spider web, ac not working properly, dirty blanket etc. Food brought for dinner bad from outside although we paid for it.
