Price charge by make my trip was double compare to the price of hotel for direct booking. Rooms are damp, bed sheets are torn. Behaviour of the hotel staff are rude & violent. Foods are salty & stale. Not recommend it at all.

Poor service and very high price room rent. Tasteless food. Room and toilet not cleaned. Tuth brush and tuth pest not provided. Not also provided complimentary breakfast.

During my stayal at bivuti bihar is excellent regarding staff behavior, their service respectively. I will consider my next visit again at your property.

Very poor hygiene, all doors and furniture are dirty seepage on wall bathrooms like an lodge type. There is no cover on blankets, poor lighting

Hotel bibhuti bihar, situated on the highway, very clean, big parking space, open ground behind for group party, children play ground, restaurant attached is best in class. Overall nice stay.

I had visited ghatshila along with my friends and family i booked this hotel hotel bibhuti vihar. The hotel is located on the highway beside the sdpo office. It has ample space for parking.

Food quality not good highly disappointed on their reception rooms not run ac at time of load shedding traible experience, generator service not available.

Ac not working properly door handles are broken dirty towel bad quality toiletries food not up to the mark the manager was missing from his desk for hours

We have visited the hotel on 7th April 2023 with a group of 9 members. This included 2 children too. The property is very nice. But the rooms are not at all maintained. The walls are full of damps. The AC is in working condition but there was no remote to control the temperature. Frequent Power Outage and no generator to run AC. Only you will get One light source and fan during this time. The power outage continues for a pretty long duration. Coming down to food, the restaurant have a very limited items to cater. Too much of waiting time during the breakfast. We ordered Desi Chicken during dinner which is not at all tender and very hard to digest. Someone looking for a nice clean property with ample parking space can visit here but do not keep expectations. Requesting the hotel authority to maintain some more hygiene and cleanliness in the rooms.

The hotel is situated at a calm and quiet environment with hillocks in view in front from balcony. The compound is broad, neat and clean and garden and beautification well maintained. Evening lighting decoration of the total compound add on attraction. Rooms and bathroom and every corner of the hotel is neat and clean. Staff behaviour is very polite and cooperative. Restaurant service is also good but some foods are little more spicy. Price of food however is on higher side. There is no thali system in the hotel. One should order individual dishes which takes more price. But overall our 3 day 2 night stay at the hotel was a memorable one.

Property is in good location, reasonably decorated but not very well maintained, the property is not managed by professionals. Staffs are helpful.

I with my wife stayed two nights

With utter astonishment after checking in to the hotel i came to know that my booking is not there though i paid the whole amount. The system of the hotel failed to put a record. After a half an hour wait they provided only 1 room inspire of two. The geyser was not working. We didn't get prper service at all second room was given in the evening 6 hours after we checked in. Staffs were extremely reluctant to give service room phone was not working. I always book hotels through mmt now i have to rethink. And please remove the tag line that guest are always welcome no phone calls are required after payment. I relied on that and it went totally wrong. Food quality was also not up to the mark. Only location was excellent and outside view too

We stayed 3 nights at hotel bibhuti vihar booked from mmt. Booking experience & rescheduling done through app was fine enough. Hotel is spacious, enough space for car parking & rooms are large enough. Food cost is reasonable but less variety available. Frequent load-shading happened. Amenities in the property are old & not in excellent condition. Hotel staffs are cordial & hospitality is good.

Very good hotel on nh 33. Beautiful view around. Good service and food. Enjoyed our stay in rainy season.

The only plus point is the location. Otherwise, the bed, linen, tv, ac, service quality, food quality, food availability, cable connection, etc everything is terrible. The wifi is non-existent. The room walls are all damped. The ac remote is non functional so even if you freeze to death, there is no way to turn it off. The food tastes horrible and whenever you try to order anything from the menu, they would say it’s “not available”. In breakfast you will only get puri, sabji most of the time. There is no bottled water in the rooms. I mean i can write a book about my bad experience. Just don’t go there if you really want to enjoy your stay at ghatshila.
