just visited awana in the previous month, and I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff behaviour is also excellent, and I would love to visit again

It was horrible. All bedsheets, pillow covers and blanket cover, inside blanket were used and just kept. The towel given was also not upto standard. AC water dripping all over the room and inside the cupboard, cupboard is half way open always, bathroom door lock is broken from out side, sofa was covered with big patches of oil stains etc. bathroom fittings were damaged. Break fast is limited in variety,

Place was nice and cozy and super comfortable! it was clean with a nice view. They should put better beds. 1 single double bed instead of 2. As it kept moving aside leaving a huge gap inbetween!

The team at the Hotel is very good and warm. The uniqueness is that most at the team members are women. Men are employed very sensibly for room service. The experience at reception was very good. But there was a rat in our room. The staff was very helpful in taking the rat out of our room. The food's taste and quality were extremely good but service could have been much better. Overall a good experience.
