need to update there is no chair table ... tv is there but no dish connected... other wise all good

Hot water is not available in the room. The television was not working. The food quality was not good......

Completely pathetic service hot water is not available, electricity disconnected frequently

Poor management and staff - we had to call up and change room since ac was not working - no proper communication and it was terrible mess - room did not have telephone and unclean pillows

No cleanliness, Intercom facility was not working, couldn't contact reception or restaurant, less staff, staff has no training about to present, room was smelling and Air conditioning was not working

Clean and spacious rooms. Staff co-operative and highway touch property. Good veg non veg restaurants nearby. Also very close bus depot and petrol cng pump. Overall experienced is good.

Hello team, on booking from mmt, i paid around 3400- for one day, whereas those who have booked the ac room on call with directly or who want to book, is getting ac room in max 1500 to 1700 rupees. Why mm t is charging/offering almost double charges ? it was very bad experience for me, that i paid double whereas same type of room my relatives book on 1700 rupees per day. Expending positive response and good offer with refund from mmt. Thanks!

When i reached at that night @ 10 pm on 4th feb 22 they didn't know there was booking was done they were in shock and they were asking you have done booking after telling them all the details they were took a look on their booking and i don't know given room was same which i booked. Tv was not working and no proper light and bedsheet was not clean. I didn't cancel and complaint at that night because it was already 10:45 pm to go and search for another hotel room. Hotel atithi recently has been renovated but was not completely complete to open.

Room's are not clean smelly and there bed's are too bad

I had to wait for the attendant for about 20 mins after I reached the hotel. The staff is not bothered about anything and actually they are just two of them. Nothing is proper in the hotel. Bad experience!

It was a terrible experience for me. The behavior of the Hotel manager and staff is the worst. I booked Hotel from MakeMyTrip and I reached there at 9 pm, but the Hotel manager didn't accept my Hotel booking just because he said our office is closed at 5 pm. He was bad and careless at that time. The worst experience for me. Also, the rooms and toilets are not clean.

Good experience with hotel. I like it.

Good hotel but bed were very old and damage. No intercom service in room but service was good. Staff behavior was very good cooperative. Home stay feeling manager give special attention to customer overall value for money.
