Very bad hotel.

Very bad hotel. No hot water also highly not recommended.

Room service is very poor, reception staff is good. No hot water, very far from our locations, energy level is low. They have to improve room service, train staff, in the breakfast complementary only bread butter.

Hotel location is good. Room service is poor. No food available in hotel. You have to go nearby restaurants for lunch and dinner. Breakfast included is only tea and bread and nothing. Internet is not available in rooms. Intercom telephone in room was not working. As mentioned in MMT Mini refrigerator was not found in room. Only one waiter is serving full hotel rooms. Hot water was start after so many requests. Cockroaches were found in room. First time got so bad experience.

Room was fine. Bathroom was not satisfactory. No MMT kit like tooth brush, tooth paste, razor, moisturizer etc were supplied. Free breakfast was not good. Location is nearest to Surat station. For a admit card print, the receptionist did it after three times request.

The Service in the room is good, hotel room is cleaned but room accessories not up to mark, rate of hotel is valuable. The location of hotel is nearer to railway & bus station. The food quality is not satisfactory .. The overall rating is averaging for me.

The hotel is not value for money. We took a basic deluxe room for more price then actual rate. Extremely dirty rooms. The good part is the location and people. The owner was extremely helpful. We went for shopping purpose and he recommended good stores and shared some contacts. Go for higher range rooms and they are newly done. The one which we booked were not worth the price.

I stayed in this hotel and it was good.

Hotel is not value for money. Facilities are average. Hotel is being renowned and construction is ongoing. My father-in-law met with accident when he fell in lift.

Its good experience staying in this hotel, but has to improve room cleaning.

Good room at very good tariff. I am very satisfied. People were also very cooperative. Walking distance from railway station. Good transportation systems from front of the hotel. Felt very nice at hotel because room was good as well as tariff. Thank you.

The value of money is worth. Room is very dirty. TV is not working. In this rate there are many better hotel. I suggest not to choose this hotel. Mineral water is mention in the menu but plain water will be served and breakfast are very poor.

Nice stay at nice price. Good place to stay when you are on business trip. It is very near to railway station, also has all the accessible eatable joints, which are very much beneficial for any individual. Who is on any kind of trip whether it's a business trip or a family trip. Overall fantastic stay.

This is an excellent budget hotel right on the main road. Rooms are clean and sufficiently sized with good size bathroom. Hot water was not available and they told us that as rhis is summer, no one asks for it. Breakfast was not available in spite of in the package. Morning tea **** served fast and was good. Staff and hotel ambience is good. Overall good budget hotel.

Front office staff was not good.Service was very poor.No breakfast was available even in deluxe room.while it should be there.And the main thing is its location is not good and away from station.Finally not good at all.

Stay in Hotel Ashirwad was the most worst experience in my life. Room was very dirty Window AC was broken and its sounded like a horror movie background music. Service, Staff, Food was just horrible. Hotel Stuff behavior was very bad Bathroom was like a Public urinal in Government Hospital.

Not great but managed to stay at this hotel because of the location and the deal offered on makemytrip. Would suggest to look out for better options if possible and willing to spend slightly more than in a normal 2 star. Food was arranged from out and was average.

Pathetic place even for a single day to stay, forget about staying there with family. Bed sheets, blankets were not clean and rooms were bad. Only the TV worked. In my room even the electric switches were partly burnt and some used and not cleaned ashtrays around. No restaurant and not room service.
