Hopeless hotel extremely overpriced

Our experience was bad. Our room was not clean, mirror in bathroom was soiled, toilet flush was leaking, there were cigarette buts and biscuit wrappers in balcony, the bedsheet was not clean, towel had lipstick marks. The glass provided had tea stains. It looks a unprofessionally managed hotel. The room size was also less than informed.
