It was a night mare and horrible experience. We did the booking 10 days back and got confirmation for the same and paid the entire amount also. After a tiring journey by road from Delhi airport to Sonipat due to rains , reached hotel in 2:30 hours . We were welcomed very warmly by the hotel to let us know that , our booking was cancelled and not confirmed . I never received any email. They have a story that , the hotel informed MakeMyTrip and it’s their responsibility to inform me . We were informed that , the hotel is kind enough to accommodate us in the near by hotel , which made us to feel that they were doing a great favour . There were many others checking in and on top of it , MakeMyTrip was still showing that the hotel was available that day to book . The other hotel they had arranged was not great , even though we paid for this one through our nose . The hotel manager was convincing us saying that , the alternate hotel they had booked is a great hotel on that area . Not sure why he is working for this one then. So overall not sure whose fault it is, it was not a great experience .

Overall it's good but if we see the location its a little bit far from sonipat and nearby no shops available and if i talk about food and service i give 5 out of 5 Rating.all over experience is good according to me everyone can stay here if you are looking for the best hotel nearby sonipat. The price we pay and the services I got have huge gap. They didn't clean the room for 3 days, not giving water bottles unless asked, shower is leaking, flies and mosquitoes inside room. Only advantage is the location and huge parking space

The stay was pleasant, we got rooms with a delay due to late checkout by previous guests. But hotel compensated by upgrading one room which was a nice gesture, staff was very cooperative. Check out was very smooth and quick too.

Property is ok but the staff and service is absolutely zero. They act as if they are like five star hotel but you will not even find towel slippers in room. Attitude of senior staff is terrible.

The room and bathroom were comfortable and clean. However, even after repeatedly informing the reception that i am traveling alone, they allotted me a room where the intercom telephone was not working. They did not provide even me proper assistance in switching on the ac. I had to go to the reception area and place my complaint and get the problems solved.

Checking in was smooth. The room was ready. The rooms are large and spacious. The quality of bedding etc is good. Rooms are cleaned with attention to detail every day. The restaurant food is made quite well. The only crib really is how long room service takes. They should just take off room service since they don't seem to be built for that. Location of the hotel worked for me from distance to work wise. But there is nothing else around and you would need a vehicle to go anywhere. Overall a satisfactory stay.

Hotel people put allegations, that we stole their tissue box and remote stand. No proof, only they saw the room. Very awful moment for my partner seriously they demand around 2k n at last he has to give 600 something. Worst experience.
