Very poor services . I thought that the property was so clean and helpful for the traveller, but I was wrong. There was no cleaning in the room or in the lobby, there was no supporting staff to care of the traveller. So that was bad experience to visit the property

Very Dirty and bad smelling rooms . Washroom was dirty and seat was nat cleaned for days . Horrible experience. Did not dare to check in after seeing such a terrible place .Why do you display such nonsense places on your portal .It was 100% wastage of money . It was disgusting.

19 km from mathura railway station. Smelling in room, dirty blanket. Hotel in remote place you can't get single cup of tea. No transport near hotel. You can't get single cup of tea. Hand wash not available in room bathroom

This is worst place i have ever visited. The rooms, linen, bathroom and walls are super dirty. No ac worked even i booked ac room and no geyser in bathroom. There is no kitchen so no room service
