businessIt was good. Gentle staff, well behaved and rooms were also good with all the basic amenities. The only thing which can be better is good hangers in the cupboard, better washroom amenities, i enjoyed my stay here

# the hotel is not maintained at all, the toilets were dirty and cleaned at 9. 30 pm after pursuing # the toiletries not in place # in such a cold weather conditions the hotel was not geared up with heating appliances and quilts # washroom was without water supply # the staff was discourteous # should check the fudged rating game and mechanisms to check. It was so disgusting and pathetic that one gets absorbed in photoshoot.

Poor Stay

Hotel environment was very suffocating as there was no proper ventilation. Expensive as per the location and facilities. We have noticed frequent electricity cut and very late response in turning on the backup.

Dear Sir, We are really sorry you did not had a wonderful stay at our hotel, we really regret that you had to face problem. As it was ''Punjab Bandh'', on that day all the windows were closed because for the safety purpose, so that why you must have felt suffocating problem, otherwise you would not have felt this problem, and for the same reason there was electricity fluctuation, as electricity workers were fixing the problem. We regret that our service was not at that level as expected by you. We will try to improve in the future. We would be looking for you in future too, with a better experience at our hotel.
