My recent stay was deeply disappointing due to the unprofessional staff and unacceptable cleanliness. The rooms were dirty, and the bathroom had a noticeable and unpleasant odor. Furthermore, despite a significant mosquito problem, the hotel offered no solutions, not even basic repellent. I strongly advise looking elsewhere for accommodation.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff displayed unprofessional behavior by asking for tips despite failing to assist with the electricity issue i was facing. There was no power backup, making my stay uncomfortable. Additionally, the room was poorly maintained, with dirty walls. I cannot recommend this hotel to other customers.

The pictures of room are not same no geyser available service is terrible staff is non responsive booking was with breakfast but they charged extra for breakfast washroom was not clean and all the water outlets are chocked and bathroom floor was filled with dirty water. Worst experience i’ve ever had before
