Only good hotel in Manthralaya, restaurant is also good, maintenance they can focus a bit. Walkable distance from temple

Dirty bathroom, Un healthy food service. We didn’t eat anything looking at the unhealthy behaviour by the guests eating in the restaurant. They were using the same hand to pick the food in which they were eating. Felt . Will never suggest

Very clean and nice . Location is Very near to temple . Highly recommended and Service can improve .

The room service was very poor....we were behind them for towels and bucket.....and hygiene part very worst....it was so stinky and canteen food was very worst....I will rate one star out of 5

Property is good. Room is spacious. Food at Ahaara is good but they should introduce serving system. Also the staff in Ahaara was not courteous and little arrogant.

we have booked for 2 days.Toilet are not cleaned properly and room maintenance very poor.Air conditioner most of the time not working.When power goes a/c goes off Terrible experience and expected this situation.Same has been brought to the notice of receptionist and no use. Rooms are not cleaned properly. Toilet are very much soiled.Air conditioning system is not up to mark.When power goes off air conditioning also goes off.

Bad Maintenence bathroom not very clean not a value for money. Bed are very soft you end up with back pain

Not at all like how it was shown in photos. Fan regulator without knobs , Broken TV remote, smelly bed sheets, dirty bathrooms, restaurant is for namesake..

location is excellent, issues with AC, water was leaking until we forced them to move to another room...bathroom don't have exhaust and would smell terrible...hot water mostly unavailable...room service is pathetic..you call and they would place the phone aside and would not respond..you disconnect and call and the phone would be busy..call the reception and they would promise sort but no help...very pathetic service... certainly not worth the pay

Stay was good. Only place in Mantralayam to have a peaceful stay along with ample car parking and Walkable distance to the temple.

Found the property through MMT, and proper descriptions and guest reviews were given The location is the best, and the rooms are comfortable may be one of the best as per the location and expectations they provide buggy services to the temple there is an attached restaurant, which is decent

i had blocked a suite room but was given an ordinary room and was not refunded the difference. the hotel asked us to contact make my trip

Hotel hygiene is poorly maintained. Toilet bathroom aren’t clean at all. They haven’t painted rooms. Bed linen aren’t up to standard

The hotel is well designed & built. But the maintenance is very average. The bed linen & the toilets are not well maintained. Food is ok, but it feels more like a self service hostel than a hotel. Location is ideal & close to the temple.

Location is great. But it’s a rundown hotel. Shower was not working. They gave us a room on ground floor because we booked. And if you book directly with them they were giving better rooms on upper level. Not at all happy

It worth for the money

Our stay for two nights was excellent. Amenities provided was good and staff was veer kind. House keeping was upto the mark

Decent hotel with good rooms. Perfect for family and extended family trips. The restaurant was good as well. Just that they only had self service. But the food was all good.
