Hotel Aapno Shyam and Restaurant

Hotel is good,clean and 1 km exact from temple premises.Food was delicious,but there is delay in service .It needs to work in good room service.

The service is not good while we are giving tea order,however in comparison to other restaurants,the stay was good Food was good,but the delivery was slow,not on time

when I was booked this room room shows king bed but when I was arrived the staff provide room was not consist of AC ,AC WAS DAMAGE THEN STAFF AGAIN CHANGE MY ROOM AND PROVIDE ME NORMAL ROOM WITH SOFA WHICH WAS NOT COMFORTABLE SO I CANT ADVISE MY FRIEND TO BOOK THIS HOTEL

The hotel location is on the road and nearby toran dwar. Mandir is walking distance just 600mtrs with hardly 7-8 minutes away. Staff behaviour is very polite. The Hotel has its own restaurant and serves delicious food on dining & room service. They provide all amenities like free wi fi, hair oil, shampoo, bath soap & Towels etc. Room Ac gives perfect cooling. My family is very happy to stay at the hotel aapno shyam. this hotel near by temple and hotel very hygiene. food is also best. Mr Suraj Singh and their all staff is very helpful and corporative person. i satisfied to their behaviour and services.

Room was not clean, There was leakage from Ac. Food quality were also not good.

The hotel food is very good and delicious and hotel is nearby the Khatu temple. Hotel staff is also good.

Its value for money and recommend others also to stay their on there visit at Aapno Shyam hotel and restaurant. 1) Room & bathroom was very neat and clean and also very spacious. 2) In room food delivery which was very fast and also very delicious food. 3) Cooperative and polite staffs. 4) Near to Khatu Shyam Temple.

frequent power cuts in the hotel but DG sets did not start. Only four tv channels were working. AC was not working while temp. reduced below 27 degree.

Frequent power cuts have occurred. Dg set has not started its own. When we remember the hotel management after many times of power cuts then they start the dg set.

The stay was quite good staffs were very helpful and cooperative the service was excellent and the rooms were cozy and comfortable

Property is situated near the temple but not very close-by the ambience and cleanliness is average quality. Kitchen area was dirty and with poor lighting, so we didn't have the complimentary breakfast here. However there was provision of hotwater, exaustfan in toilet nd bathroom , good night machine for mosquito repellent, working tv and ac, small cupboard, settewas all there. Overall average quality

Worst hotel never suggest this hotel to any one they know my booking comfirm but management not keep 2 combine room room not well

Excellent staff with excellent food, we had a wonderful stay, thank you very positive attitude of the hotel team.

The most dirty, filled with foul smell, bathroom taps were broken, geyser not working, staff non cooperative. There is lot to say about this filthy hotel but i keep my review low. In one word. It's third class hotel and it should not be on mmt.
