HOTEL AADITYA PALACE

Staying at this hotel was really a bad and horrible experience , I have booked this property after seeing pictures for 3 person in one room with an 3 individual beds along spacious area of operation but after reaching to property the fact is totally different than the pictures .

1) room cleaning is not good. 2) the phone was switched off.

Room cleanness not proper handwash not available room like just lodge, extraction not working no one respond from reception

Bed too much short and bathroom not up to the mark. Service very very good. Behavior very good. Location good. Communication good. Room service too good.

The room was not clean, the room was so small. Not proper service by team, not bill provided early mornings

Small rooms and no water for drinking in rooms. Water bottle charges rs30 for 1litre. Not comfortable for family

They should hove to make difference between standard n premium room i personally feels the rooms was not good even selecting premium category.

Stay was comfortable in clean environment with guest hospitality.

I m not refund my payment i m pay 6191 to make my trip i m recd 5268 rs gst invoice as per make my trip call center 922 rs not received yet resolve this matter today

Bed and pillow not cleaned properly. Food is too bad. I am waiting for more than 1 hour after ordering the food. The quality also not good

Good hotel but need no food

Bed linen were dirty, no change of bedsheets, towel & toileteries. Water bottle at least 1 should have been provided.

Functionally designed room clean bathroom electric water heater (hot water irrespective of sunshine) close to the railway station (by auto-rickshaw) strict with respect to checkout time though.

Our stay was mostly comfortable. However, some sort of ramp needs to be provided at the entrance for those with leg/knee problems. Another important thing, you have to provide free wi fi. In today's times wifi has become one of the most important requirements. Mani i yer

I had booked a premium ac room. However, after reaching there the pictures mentioned and the actual rooms had no resemblance. Upon enquiring, the staff said we don’t have such rooms and allotted us a standard ac room. The knobs on the ac were broken and we couldn’t even use the ac. Also, the sheets were stained and they kept harassing us asking about my relation with my wife even after presenting our marriage certificate to them. Surely a place you should avoid visiting!

it's wonderful upto my expectations because my thoughts not good about bhusawal there is no good market facility but but hotel Aditya staff service was very good 👌 without any doubt you stay here really it's good for any bhusawal trip 😊

Our stay experience for one night in this hotel is good. We received good cooperation and service from hotel staff. We request the invoice for our hotel booking.

Stay was comfortable. Hotel is ideally located, well connected to railway station, bus stand, market etc. Food is good. Tea is good but not served hot.

Not so much good n prompt service. Tea order is devilered after 45 min. No parking is available. So parked my 4 wheller at railway station. There, i paid extra rs. 300. I booked non-ac room. So, they allotted me the wing where steps are too heighted. My parents are old aged n operated at hip. So, very inconvenient to go to room to lift n again come back.

Good staff, but it is not a hotel, more of a lodge. Something like that should be mentioned itself. Paying upfront and ₹600 later for early Check-in, I don’t see it as worthy of this price tag. The only good thing is that the room was spacious and staff was well-behaved.
