I stayed there for three days. Very bad experience it was. Staff is of only one person. They compelled for dinner at 8 pm with threat if you wouldn't eat on time they will send dinner to room. Very bad room service. My suggestion is please never visit this hotel. Although hotel is good but staff is very non cooperative.

Hotel ambience is good, staff is cooperative, cost effective and affordable price. Location of hotel is nice with ample space for parking. Recommended to stay for Barot Valley, Palampur or Bir Billing tourists. Food is delicious, staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are neat and clean. We enjoyed the stay as drizzling made it heaven with double rainbow. We will definitely revisit again. Thank you all for your hospitality.
