The hotel is at a worst location and in worst condition. No lift, no staff to carry baggage, clumsy and claustrophobic rooms, dirty bed set on a brick, a person can hardly move after the bed, dirty toilet, no towel, toiletries provided. Terrible experience.

Worst property, waste of moon

Property was not hygiene and not even beds-hit pillow was clean. There were too many insects in the room and bed, red ant are there on the bed, no mirror, no shoap and any amenities. Not even drinking water is available, no option to connect to reception. One of the worst property i have ever stayed. My request is from make my trip that this type of services also hamper your brand value. I have been paid 1500 for one night and the value of property not seems to be 500 also. . I have already rated in make my trip application
