Terrible Stay

The stay at hidden forest eco resort was not good No proper maintenance No proper facility Rain water dripping on dal. Food served without being covered...rain water was falling on it. Pet Dog came running towards our food as we had ordered fish. Mosquitoes in the room.

Dear Ms Teena Chandra We would first like to apologise for any sought of inconvenience caused. But no sought of complaint wasn't registered during your short stay. When you reached with your mother, we came to assist with all our team member as she was unable to walk that far. We offer chair access till room. We also offered our terrace room but it would have been inconvenience for you. We provided lunch as per your choice that too in that rainy day. We had brought your food through a covered area and didn't let a single drop of rain fall in it. You decided to sit in the verandah and have lunch. Mosquito can definitely come in that open area, which is really impossible for us to stop. Despite you asked to check out without registering any complain, we offered our best possible help. We not only got your electric rikshaw in that rainy day but asked the driver to assist. We had specially opened our back gate for your convenience. On not accepting full refund in the busy period, a bad review is heartbreaking despite providing our best assistance.

Excellent Stay
It was a great stay at hidden forest eco resort. The staffs were well behaved, the rooms were clean and cosy. The over all ambience of the resort was overwhelmingly good. Iam looking forward to visiting the resort very soon.

Hotel decoration is very fine but present in odd location. From hotel no perfect communication for market place. We have to walk 2 km approx and then find auto for station market (gandhi chak. Food cost is too much high with respect to quantity. As there is no other option you have to take dinner at least from hotel. Staff are very manageable but not well acquainted with facilities as provided during booking.

groupAmbience is quite; having good weather & maintenance of property is good & clean. Moreover well main-ted further expansion & renovation work undertaken. Food quality is good as making fresh after ordering. Staffs are well behaved & accomodative. Some suggestions exhaust in bathroom & prefer delivery of food may be little faster.
