Nice and comfortable stay rooms were clean and elevator was working. The staff were cooperative and overall a nice experience.

Good hotel in a economical range.

The stay was ok. Surrounding is unhygienic. Mmt people troubled the hotel n is while booking. They show less cost of booking n the hotel guys demands more

All the experience regarding hotal is nice 👍 all the staff of the hotel is very helpful and caring all the spot of Delhi is near from the hotel.

even after paying full in advance hotel charge ₹ 620/- more than the booking price. he also added showing lesser amount just to lure people and if i cancel my booking he will provide room in 1k, but as my booking was non-refundable i have to pay the extra amount.

I didn't find hotel in that location and also not received any call from the hotel for not coming as their number was not reachable

I paid full amount before checkin. But they give a poor room, then i told change my room they didn't change room. Ac not working. Giser not working infact room light also

Easy & convenient for metro station

I have already paid money. When i went there, they said that they can't give me a room. Finally i had to pay extra 300 rs

Horrible hotel with no hot shower and i was asked to pay 700rs extra upon arrival on the top of what i already paid to makemytrip, it was below basic.

I was check in hotel they asked me for extra money which i have already paid through booking they allowed us only for one day checkout on same amount. I really disappointed. I will never recommend to anyone use mmt of hotel booking

My experience here was not smooth. The receptionist (or hotel owner, not sure who) told us that our booking stands cancel-led as mm t has booked out the property for lesser rates. They were rude in their way of communication and they seemed to care nothing about guest experience. It was no fault of mine that i booked here at whatever price the mm t app showed me. Anyway, the stay was very average and the rooms are okayish.

when you book the room for the amount (approx) which is shown they will ask an extra amount 500 ₹ for confirmation of the room. They will say they can't give the room at a price which is showing and the pillows and blankets are very poor condition and not clean

The receptionist was not customer friendly. He wanted extra money to give room as i booked room in offer from mmt. He even said that find another room.

Was okayish. You can definitely find a better place. Not a good location to stay

Check in was smooth. Did not offer complimentary breakfast that was part of booking. Tv was not working. Bath towel not available. Everything we had to ask and then only they provided

Very expensive food. Room was not clean. Tidy bedsheet and black spots on wall.

They denied to give me a room as my booking is confirmed and paid fully i have booked this room in near about 900 and they said we can't give u a room in this traiff its late night 11 pm

The hotel service was very much poor. Their none of the amenities were up to the mark.
