Location is excellent, just 2 kms away from the Western Gate of the Taj Mahal. Rooms are comfortable. Behavior of the staffs is peaiseworthy. Food of the resturent is palatable. Key aytention is swiming pool at the basement. In one word a quality resort to stay at.

the room was dark, ac display not working, tv remote need to press hard..no bath soap available ..not like stay

Overall my stay was average. I got an overpriced booking. The location is good, the ambience is nice, the breakfast option was average, Staff was good.rooms are quite smaller in size though it's clean and hygienic. Nothing for kids there at the property. The swimming pool was good. It's smaller in size. Thank you.

room ambience is average. it was good i have taken breakfast in room otherwise restaurant sitting is as street restaurant. Staff was humble and restaurant service is very good.

The hotel room was average as the washroom is very small and open washroom and the food is very bad I ordered some food but it was very bad I could not eat.

Worst experience at The Raj vilas. Need to change 4 rooms in middle of the night. None of the room's ac was working. Not cooperative staff.

I stayed in this hotel for the very first time with fiance and I can now confidently recommend this hotel to anyone.....staff behavior was very good,they greet you very nicely and do their work very efficiently and both the receptionist's are quite good in behavior and nature and talk to their guests with respect,I even asked their names adil and akash both of them were very nice with us.....even if you are with your local ID's they will not criticize you for that they respect that....and if we talk about amenities then I can say all of them are upto the mark.....room was clean and lights are cozy....if you are with your partner then you can visit this hotel without any hesitation.....and the food also was very tasty and I found their prices reasonable then other hotels,food delivery is also quite fast overall my experience was very good.....I will visit again if I need to stay anywhere in agra again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a good experience. The services provided were impressive, and most of the amenities met my expectations. The staff was polite and helpful, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the food was delicious. I also liked the location of the hotel, as it was convenient and easily accessible. However, one major issue that affected my stay was the presence of too many mosquitoes in the hotel. It was quite uncomfortable, especially during the evenings and nights. I believe this is something the management should look into seriously, as it can greatly impact the comfort of the guests. If the mosquito problem is resolved, this hotel has the potential to offer an excellent stay. I hope the management takes appropriate measures to improve this aspect. Otherwise, I would still recommend this place for its services and overall quality, but I would also advise future guests to come prepared for mosquitoes.

The property is located just 15 min from Taj Mahal, staf and manager are very cooperative.
