Poor Stay

Rooms were not as per standard .there was no mini fridge , bathroom was not in good condition. There were no cutlery in the rooms from the beginning.Not worth the price.

House keeping is very poor, Net connectivity issue also too poor. Rooms are not worthy No centralized AC I stayed 2 days but after room cleaning they don't keep new shop , shampoo,sleeper etc. Check out process is lengthy

Rooms - Rooms are fine but basic hygiene in the washrooms is required. Washroom in some of the rooms is dirty and too small in size. Restaurant - The response of the restaurant staff is too lame. We asked for the mineral water and everytime they kept telling us the price of the bottles. I found the attitude a bit weird. Food - Quality and taste of the food is good but please do not buy anything from their bakery. We took donuts and cupcakes but those were not fresh. Parking - is not an issue at all.

Good stay. Good size rooms. Very good staff. Excellent food and breakfast. Certain rooms need renovation like painting. Some rooms have pungent smell. They can regularly spray freshener to cater to this issue. Otherwise a comfortable and pleasant stay

Location is ok. Food is good. Service need to improve, no welcome drink, even they did not ask about water. After asking about water, they served it. Housing keeping were not picking phone call, so raised our request via reception. Thanks

Terrible hotel and cheap staff

Worst stay ever. They charge as high as they do but don't give the selected room and after that so much slow check in process and no menu card in the room and no attendant with us to guide us to the room and when i am checked out then they told us to wait for some minutes as like we were stealing something from room. Is this joke? terrible hotel and cheap staff

Hotel location was very convenient. Check in was very smooth. Staff was very supportive even they helped by accommodating our bags in their cloke room. Room was neat and clean. Breakfast was neatly arranged and ambience of the restraunt was very soothing. Check out was very smooth and i was properly attended even after check out.
