Hotel Amar

Stay was satisfactory. The cleanliness was found wanting, the breakfast was very average. The staff needs more training. there's no parking space for self driven cars

I love this property along with cool staff..this property is based on main location which is really good for walking locally shopping mall and fast foods etc.

heater not working.. I have waited around 1 hour for check in.. not even a single person offered water also.. food is normal..

The hotel is old but very well maintained. The food is good and is located at a good location.

Good hotel to stay and close to Tajmahal...even though its a very old hotel they maintain it very well...staffs were very humble...

Overall we had a decent family stay at Hotel Amar. The staff was courteous and helpful. Different room categories are not a big upgrade other than the bed type. They have a weird policy though, no food order then no cutlery. Been to all stars, first time denied a room service. Not sure why Hotelier is thinking it's working positively for them.

Room ambience was ok. No hot water in geyser. No iron provided in room service. Separate iron of 1 shirt Rs 140. Buffet food much below par.

We were looking for a property which had good reviews and services. Thankfully we found Hotel Amar. Trust me the staff is amazing , you will get the best hospitality. Rooms were so spacious , bathrooms were near and clean, food is delicious, we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you hotel Amar

Convenient location, although the current access is affected due to traffic because of ongoing metro construction. Food is good. Be careful if you are traveling with someone who cannot use stairs. The restaurant is 1 level below the lobby, and its accessibility is through stairs. There is a lift which directly opens into the bar. It was not very convenient for my senior citizen parents to go into the restaurant through a loud and smoky bar. We had booked 2 rooms. The front office said they gave us a free upgrade, but the rooms looked old. They were clean, but could do with some renovation and maintenance. I am not even sure if we got the rooms as per the category that we had booked for. The interiors were not similar to the pictures Service was ok. Some things like dental kits, face towels were missing, which they provided upon asking. They provide only 2 half litre water bottles per room. More is chargeable. When we pointed out that every hotel provides atleast 2 litres for 2 guests, they agreed to provide 2 more bottles. They do not provide RO water in rooms. (most other hotels we have stayed at provide RO water in jugs) Overall, an average stay.

Staff is cooperative. Rooms are clean. Food little bit expensive but great taste. Overall great experience.

The hotel was good as shared in the picture. The breakfast was also appropriate. The checkout time may be extended for an hour for the convinience of the passenger

Mujhe ek meeting mai jana tha isliye maine room liya jisme mai kewal 45 min ruka check out k time par counter par mere se bola gya ki aapne 2 water bottle aur 3 tea order ki hai uska payment kijiye maine kaha cmfm kijiye to unhone cmfm karne mai 30 min laga diye phir bole sorry sir woh raat k guest ki thi aap ja sakte hai

Stay was good. staff is good and polite . ambience of hotel is good. breakfast is ok, not good but need to work breakfast menu as I went last time I got the same menu as I got second time

Location is very good, Services are excellent but food is more expensive. This is totally unfair.
