Crystal Inn

The room and stay were good, but the lift was not working and our room was on the 3rd floor. We also had a child with us, so it was difficult. I had already made the booking, so we had to stay; otherwise, I would have changed the hotel.

The property is located at a decent area nearly 5min away from Taj Mahal. The services were great. Rooms were so neat and tidy, very well cleaned and maintained. The staff were really helpful. Even if you are missing onto something they will go out of the way personally to get it and help you. Very polite and humble staff. I had an amazing experience in staying there. Will stay more with this property whenever in Agra.

great place to stay near the taj east gate , small boutique type. hotel close to the taj mahal m a 1 km walk hotel serves ggo food so make sure u take the food package deal rooms are small so 2 people and 1 kid is max in the room staff are good and we had a brilliant one day stay thanks to the hotel management

Property’s location is awasome and is very to TajMahal. Food’s test is definitely very nice And, overall experiences were good

We were allotted a room on the 3rd floor and the lift was not working as it broke down that morning. Due to that we had to carry our small kid till the 3rd floor which was very tiring. Also I requested for a room on the 1st floor for which the hotel reception said there is no room available and the lift will start soon. By the way the lift was not functional till the next day. It was really frustrating to walk-up the stairs to the 3rd floor after coming from the trip.

nice room food quality is excellent

Hotel Location is good very near to Taj Mahal, however food quality and services are not upto the mark, breakfast options are very less. Rooms area is good interior is okay.

This hotel is very good due for the following reasons - Good location, you can reach Tajmahal gate by walk even - Compact room, but very clean, and full of good amenities - Complementary Breakfast food options are really great - Staff behaviour is very helpful and well responding to your request

Neat and clean rooms with modern look also bathroom were very clean upto date, nice location near eastern gate of tajmahal, breakfast and dinner was muhha lovely tasty with varities, and the service of hotel and staff very helpful and quick response. if u want to stay in Agra I will 200 percent recomend CRYSTAL INN.👍😀🍜

Located within 1.5 kms of Taj Mahal, Crystal Inn is a comfortable mid budget hotel which makes up for its resources and facilities through its intent and attitude to make your stay pleasant.  The rooms are mid sized and have the basic facilities that you would expect in the range. The beds are comfortable, washrooms clean, space utilised efficiently and over all it gives a hygienic and well maintained feel.  Our extended family booked 6 rooms for a night to celebrate our parents Golden Jubilee. The hotel has a no decoration policy but they willingly agreed to put balloons, bouquets, wedding cake to give the room a semblance of honeymoon suite.  Things went south during dinner where the service was painfully slow. Probably they weren't staffed for a large order and it took an hour for the snacks to be served and the dinner lasted more than two hours. We wouldn't have minded spending time at the dinner table only if the food was to our liking. May be the pressure to prepare a large order with guests waiting at the table contributed to the chicken dishes being under done. On the other hand fish, paneer and daal were excellent and I am willing to give benefit of doubt that the chicken dishes were an anomaly and I shouldn't be basis my judgement only on the basis of those. My understanding of hospitality is everything will not be perfect everytime. It is what you do when things go wrong that defines hospitality for me. As soon as we pointed out the under prepared tikkas, they not only took that off the bill, but didn't charge us for the other chicken dishes which were almost ready by then.  Despite the sub optimal experience at dinner, I wouldn't mind calling our stay comfortable and being made to feel valued. I have no hesitation in recommending the hotel for tourists and families, who want a mid budget decent stay in the proximity of Taj.

Room: Spacious, well-decorated, supporting staff, Breakfast buffet had a huge variety and was delicious. Had dinner in hotel and enjoyed buffet also.

Hotel room and bathroom are neat and clean, and the food and service are excellent.

Stay and accommodation was good but they should work out on the breakfast model. Options were very limited and the taste was also not good.
