The location was very nearby metro station area, easy accessability to restaurant & Taj Mahal. The staff was well behaved & helpful . Food was good & served well with all amenities

I stay in deluxe twin room with my family, and stay is outstanding. welcoming, check in, staff behavior, cleanliness etc are superb. Dining in food is so delicious.reception counter staff is very humble, I request him for extra 2 hr stay and he allow us. Approximate 2km near to tajmahal and on road hotel easy for transportation. I would like to suggest to visitors for a best stay experience here.

Stay was nice and comfortable. Rooms were spacious and good enough. Even the bathroom was also nice and I would appreciate the service too.

Fantastic room and overall hotel with great maintainance. The staff was also friendly. Food was okayish with minimum options in lunch and above average breakfast. Loved the stay overall. Location is another positive. Highly recommended

Property is Decent , Located in Posh Area of Agra, Rooms are Clean and Bathroom too Food Quality is Best and quantity is too much we can’t finish this much, my request to hotel give Quantity of food in sufficient manner it is not good to waste food

Our stay was very good, room was very comfortable and cosy. Hotel is in main road easy to reach out to the hotel. Breakfast was awesome we liked it a lot. Must stay if you are visiting agra.

The stay was comfortable with helpful and courteous staff. Room and washroom facilities were decent, and the proximity to the Taj Mahal is a big plus. Staff attitude was the highlight, very supportive. Improvement areas: avoid pan/tobacco chewing (floor stains noticed) and provide TV connectivity with Wi-Fi.

Wonderful stay at Crystal Inn Agra. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and well-maintained with all amenities. The location was also perfect, close to the attractions. The only issue was related to early check-in. As I was arriving early in the morning so I needed to book one extra night before check-in.

The property is located close to the Taj Mahal. The staff is courteous. The food quality is very good. Neat & clean room. Overall, a comfortable stay.
