I had handed over my belongings to be kept in the hotel’s luggage storage area for safekeeping. When I later collected my items, I noticed that a perfume bottle was missing from my backpack. I would like to highlight that the luggage storage room where guests’ belongings are kept does not appear to have CCTV coverage. This lack of surveillance raises serious concerns about the security of guests’ personal items entrusted to the hotel.

The rooms are generally clean, but the sofa and chair were stained and appeared not to have been cleaned for years. The dinner served was of very poor quality—small portions, excessively oily, and unhygienic. I developed loose motions and stomach upset afterward, and I hadn’t eaten anywhere else.

Not very pleasing. Rooms and furniture are quite old and requires renovation although clean. Door of my washroom could not be closed, had repair issues. Even the room main door doesn't lock from inside. Breakfast had very limited options and was not delicious.

We had stayed for 2 days, location is the only postive side. In bathroom all taps including shower & health faucet ,water flow was very poor. Bed matress was better. Breakfast spread & taste was minimum. Not worth the price.
