Overall experience was good, we stayed for a week here, I found vicinity also better than nearby hotels. Hotel staff is easily available and polite. I recommend this hotel. Only thing i found is tv not working, it’s concerning only if you enjoy watching tv while on vacation 🤪

Pathetic customer service. They tried charging us for complimentary water, switches were not working properly Musty smell. Even charged us extra for a few hours of early check-in (though we had a long stay). Food Quality is average. Staff members were each other in the middle of the night, disturbing all the guests.

Unhygienic and Mismanagement

They don't have much staffs to take care of hotel. Very dirty and unhygienic place, towels and beds. They don't even fill the bottles for hand wash and shower gel. Old room and furnitures. You may need to wait long hours even you have booked due to mis management.
