After going through many hotels, I selected this hotel. The location was easily accessible. The reception was cold with a non bothered attitude. I had selected and paid for a room with a king size bed. I was allotted a room with twin beds. I objected and asked the receptionist to allot a room with a king size bed. The receptionist refused saying that all rooms were sold out anf they didn’t have a single room with a kung size bed. so I asked him to refund the room charges. Then he allotted another horrible room. At this stage I was too tired to fight anymore and I spent the night somehow. The rooms were dirty with filthy washrooms. The morning breakfast too was well below an average standard, all dishes prepared were insipid.

Comfortable stay. The breakfast spread was very good. Walking distance to most of the cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend, the staffs were very courteous.

We all enjoyed our stay, the hotel was nice and all the staff were supportive. The location if the hotel is good, only few mins drive from Taj Mahal and Agra Fort.

My stay at the property was good overall. The location was easy to reach The food was tasty and had enough variety. The room and other amenities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made the stay comfortable.

Hotel was neet and clean, staff was very helpfull, the reception Manager were very polite, even though we reached late in night, my room was upgraded without any further charges, Breakfast provided was good and testy.

The hotel staff is very rude, they charged Rs 1950 extra.

We stayed here as a family for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is budget-friendly yet very good. Rooms were clean, hygienic, and well-maintained. Breakfast was also excellent. Staff and housekeeping services were very supportive and courteous. Although the standard check-in is at 2 PM, we arrived early in the morning and the reception staff kindly arranged an early check-in for us. Overall, a great stay and must recommend
