The atmosphere was nice and quiet. Our room was peaceful throughout. We enjoyed the calm environment that let us truly relax during our stay.

We all had wonderful days. Our rooms were comfortable and staff was patient. My family felt valued as guests throughout visit.

Services in the hotel was very poor..they alloted room that's it...they didn't provided soap,towel ...mug was also not there in bathroom...intercom was kept only for show with wire detached...if you want anything you have to go down stairs every time and tell the staff...only room was there with zero Services

I have visited this place with my friends and the services of hotel provide never forgettable experience. Must visist this place.

We all slept well on the soft beds. The pillows were just right and the room temperature was perfect for our family comfort.

Worst experience, untidy room, untidy washroom, untidy bedsheet, pillowand quilt. We asked them to change the beadsheet and quilt, except from giving fresh one they gave us the used one from another room. Another thing the washroom was soo untidy and the toilet seat was very untidy we asked the hotel to clean it twice but they ignored the request and did'nt send anyone to clean it up. They just started giving us excuses that we don't have toilet cleaner, toilet brush and also said that water here is salty thats why washroom is not clean. But the thing is that there are lots of tobacco spits in the bathroom and it was unclened. We booked this hotel 2 room form 800- something but after that also they charged 800- extra for the room by saying that its the mm t issue if you don't want the room then contact to mm t about the rate issue but we will not able to provide room at this price. A worst exprience in this hotel, never ever coming back to this hotel and never ever suggest anyone for it. Thankyou

Poor hygiene. Towel, bedsheets were very dirty. There was avery bad stink from ghe room. Toilet was very dirty. I couldn't take a bath there because of this. There was problem with check in timing also. Hotel staff was very uncooperative.

The service is extremely poor. The rooms were very bad, below standard. The beds were broken, mattress was torn, doors didn't have lock,s bathrooms were unhygienic, flushes did not work, hotel service was also very poor. We did not enjoy our stay there. We don't recommend this hotel at all.

The hotel was pathetic, first rooms were dirty, the blanket was not at all clean, tv was not on but none of the channel was visible, bathroom was dirty, towel and soap was given on asking 3 times never recommend this to anyone.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed. Pathetic rooms with the weird smell all over the room. Bedding were torned, and smelly. Manager were so arrogant. The staff was very unsupportive and the worst behavior. Do not stay ever in this hotel even if you are getting it free of cost.

One of the worst hotel I have stayed. Cleanliness was terrible. Bed sheets and blanket were dirty, dust was coming out of the blanket. Washroom was very dirty, not all clean. Will not recommend anybody.

The hotel does not deserve the pricing as the 4 rooms allotted to me were nowhere to my expectations. The locality is good unless you don't have issue with sewage cannal flowing in front of the hotel. Overall I was disappointed after paying an hefty amount for my family stay comprising of 4 rooms.
TV was not working. Buckets in bathroom provided after request. Water not provided. AC not working. Taps rusted. They force you to give feedback immediately at the time of checkout. Advising for 5 star rating. Rather than making a introspection have they rendered the services and hospitality which a client expects after booking 4 rooms in their hotel.
