Poorest service ... The Front Desk staff is not cooperative. No Hot Water in Bathroom. Linens not changed inspite of repeated request. TV Cable not recharged . Overall a bad experience. Breakfast is good and cooperative staff

I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and it was a terrible experience this time. On the first day, despite requesting room cleaning, the staff did not clean the room. In the evening, I had to wait 30 minutes at the reception to get the room cleaned.The food on the second day was tasteless, and they didn’t even set up the breakfast buffet. Instead, a waiter served food on request, but the service was so slow that I left without eating. Additionally, there was no hot or cold water option in the bathroom-only scalding hot water, which was uncomfortable to use.
