The lawns and green spaces give it a calm, relaxed resort feel (especially compared to very crowded beach hotels).

Awesome stay and food, Overall hospitality is pretty good. Location wise near to vibrant Tito's lane

they don't provide tissue paper to the customer and I asked them they told we don't provide I don't know why

Amazing resort with all amenities and that to at best price in a peak goa season. Surely booking again next time

Description and images provided does not match to actual stay, upon reaching we have received congested room with no space and small bed with shared corridor space. Poor room quality and ambience, no chairs for seating. House keeping staff was kind and polite apart from this we don’t see any great features or reason to stay here. Totally disappointed, would never prefer this stay again.

It is a good hotel, well located near baga beach and Titos lane, nice room with nice breakfast menue

The location and food ok but the room and bothrooms were very dirty .Staff..very good and polite only complaint is the ckeansiness very unhygenic bathrooms

Overall the stay experience was average. Food taste was good. Pool side is dominated by foreigners. No positivity at all. Rooms are decent. Reception response can be improved. In room dining was good. 3/5 stars.

Hi, I found this property on MMT. Earlier I booked 2 rooms for 2 days so that I can verify the property, hospitality,overall ambience. It was up to the expectations & the family was also satisfied with the hygiene, amenities etc. Then we extended for one more day. Most importantly it's walking distance to Bagha beach & market. Breakfast is Good in taste but not too much varieties. Swimming pool is well maintained. We highly recommend a family stay.
