Sorry, but you had never mentioned about all these issues you were facing during your stay. Had you mentioned about it, we could have definitely taken proper steps in ensuring that you had an excellent stay with us. Regarding food, we have checked with our service team and found that you had ordered only Paratha & Fruit Salad which was freshly prepared and served.
