The hotel was neat. Just about 500 meters from Katra railway station. The room was spacious enough. Food was on point. Loved the stay and will for sure book it every time I visit Maa Vaishno Devi.

Poor Stay

Location is good, near railway station. Hotel itself has detoriated a lot. I had stayed there few years back. The property has degraded a lot and is not maintained well. It needs major renovation to preserve the reputation of Lemon Tree brand. Dirty rooms, dirty linen, careless staff (I stayed there for 3 days this time and inspite of asking them to change the bedsheets after 2 days , they put the same bedsheets back. Only when I escalated the issue they care to change it.
