We reached late at night ....rooms were not clean. they changed 4 rooms but none of them were clean . toilets were untidy and filthy. had to get room cleaned at 5 in morning . No toiletries were there only one dental kit. Everytime had to call housekeeping for shower cap and other toiletries. bed were untidy and unclean spots and dirty bedsheets and pillows

During my stay, I noticed a few areas where there could be improvement. Firstly, the bath area in the room was quite small, making it slightly uncomfortable to use. It would be much better if the space was more thoughtfully designed to allow guests to move around freely. Secondly, during dinner, no starters were provided. Generally, when booking a dinner package, one expects at least a few appetizers or snacks to begin with, which sets the tone for the meal. In addition, I was expecting a buffet dinner as mentioned earlier while booking, but the arrangement provided was different. A buffet usually gives guests more variety and flexibility in choosing dishes according to their taste. Overall, while the basic facilities were decent, these small aspects made a noticeable difference in the experience. I hope the management will look into these points for an even better and more comfortable stay for future guests.

Really enjoyed the stay on property. They provided free pickup and drop from main entrance of vaishno devi temple. Rooms were clean and food was good

The location is good. More than that the services provided are of good quality and care. They sent a car to pick 5 of us early morning at 1.00a.m from Vyshnodevi returning point. Great care
