The room and washroom were dirty. I requested to change the bed sheets but they refused to do so. Also there was no concept of hot water in that hotel. I won’t recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

it's a trap if LAST MINUTES DISCOUNT , Hotel didn't deserve to be even 1000 per night . poor hygiene No complementary high tea ( as written at time of booki6 No complementary breakfast in our hotel ...but at time of booking they booked as included. took us to nearby hotel ...asked a single dish what you want to eat ...in very arrogant manner likewise they are doing some favour...

I had booked this hotel based on the photos and reviews shown on MMT, but the actual condition was completely different. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell that made it very difficult to stay. The bed sheets and pillow covers were also smelling and did not seem washed or fresh. I couldn’t sleep the entire night because of the foul odour and had to check out early at 7 a.m., much before my planned time. This was one of the worst stays I’ve had. The hotel room shown on MMT gives a very rosy and misleading picture compared to reality. MMT should seriously review and verify such properties to ensure customers don’t face such disappointment.

Terrible Stay

The recent stay at the hotel kelvish had turned out to be a terrible experience. While the location was quite convenient and close to key spots, that’s the only positive I can mention. The food served was of very poor quality— tasteless and served after an hour. It felt like more of a burden than a benefit to eat there. Worse, the bed in my room was infested with bed bugs. I barely got any sleep and was left with multiple bites, which made my entire trip extremely uncomfortable and frustrating. Even one of my family members got big bites Cleanliness and basic hygiene were seriously lacking. I expected far better for the price paid.
