Dear , My last experience was very bad. You provided me with such a poor hotel in Delhi. I deserve a full refund; otherwise, I will make my bookings through Agoda. In fact, today I have already booked a hotel for Ahmedabad on another platform for 17th December 2024 I. Hotel Radisson Blu. The stay was good overall. The room cleanliness and staff is commendable. The only issue is with their beds which are not comfortable. It seems that they have joined two beds to make one double bed, hence the partition in between is something which hurts while sleeping and there is discomfort during sleep. Also, during checkin i had requested for 3 hours extension in checkout time in advance and i was assured that it will be done as complimentary. However, during checkout they charged me with a fee. I agree that a fee is to be charged but i should have been informed about this especially when they told me that they would do it as complimentary. So there is mis communication within their management.

Not getting a proper clean and the bed is pathetic beacause they have attach 2 bed for one king side bed and while sleeping its get uncomfortable due to the join part of the bed breakfast it do not have any vareity only (dosa, bread butter and chocos )
