Room is good and food room server v good near metro and market ..

The hotel is terrible and the staffs are so ignorant. The room was unclean and the washroom was so dirty, the shower head was so old and had mold on it. Overall a bad experience. Never gonna stay and and recommend to anyone. Also when you mention you are gonna provide toiletries you are supposed to provide it but they just provided us with 2 ₹1 clinic plus shampoo and 2 soap I mean is this was toiletries means also there was no handwash as well. There is insects as well in the room. Room service is terrible, we called for glass and they just cut our call and didn’t even provide. Very rude staff.

We had a very terrible experience at hotel sai miracle. The manager changed our hotel and shifted us to another hotel at night. He said that the rooms at this hotel are full so we have shifted you to another hotel. My request to make my trip is to not allow this kind of hotel to offer services. Very bad experience. The hotel had a welcoming presence. The lobby area was well lit and very clean. It had metal detectors to secure the hotel. The hotel is equipped with an elevator for added convenience. The food menu is extensive and the food is tasty as well. The room was very clean. The bathroom was spotless and everyday, the room service cleaned the room effortlessly. In short, the hotel can be preferred by anyone visiting delhi as it is located near to rk ashram metro station providing access to all the nearby tourist destinations

The hotel is suitably located in china mandi, paharganj. I was given a free room upgrade to an executive room. The room was clean and well furnished with integrated ac, mini freezer, mood lights. The bathroom was the highlight as it was clean, well lit, had a soft closing toilet seat, clean towels etc. The food menu is extensive, however, it is on the costlier side. Overall, i am satisfied with my stay. The place is well connected with all means of transport nearby. The stay is much recommended.

All good but one problem is water boiler is not available so we are face more problem in bathroom

Rooms have foul damp smell bedsheet and blanket were not clean

Everything was good but the food they provide was not from their kitchen.
