very bad experience, first they give very dirty room,basic amenties was not given. after so much argument they changed room, but dust was there. Food was not there as per there menu, they informed me at 9:30 for food that you can order from online.

first of all ,the air conditioner was not working properly, the washroom was not clean properly,the whole look of the washroom was very bad , nothing in the washroom was complimenting each other the images online were totally not maching with the reality over all it was not all that I expected. The hotel seemed very old. AC wasn’t working-even after complaining nothing happened, taps in the washroom were rusted,cockroaches were there. Not worth the price charged.

The experience was amazing. The rooms were clean and the staff were very helpful. Providing breakfast to room is a big help as we were in a rush. They allowed us to put our luggage in the store room is alsoo helpful

Good things: 1. Rooms were well designed with styled beds and washroom fitting. 2. Location is great as it is walking distance from Karol bagh metro and is in the market area. 3.Staff is professional and to the point. No hassle 4.Antique life with metal scissor doors. 5.building might look old from old but interiors, rooms and alleys are renovated. 6. Most rooms with windows and market view. Not so good things: 1. Rooms are small. 2. Curtains not clean.

I call it as avg as on the price paid hotel is fine, but not one that looked on internet. Staff is good & helpful. Hotel is quiet old with ages old bed sheets turned gray & not white any more, bathroom was clean but broken tiles & bucket system. So as i said for the price fair deal but very diff from internet pics
