Had booked two rooms and was alloted room no 208 and 209.
Room 208 : full of dust and stench was coming ,even its carpets were filthy.
Bathroom water was simultaneously coming from overhead and hand shower when kept on.
Room 209:Bathroom drainage was clogged and water coming out to passage,Rectified when informed.
Basically I infer that rooms are not being sanitised ,cleaned and checked before giving to customers
When I brought this to the attention of front office male staff, he is arguing that I have brought this to his notice after one hour??.
Further he told me there is only one room in 5th floor which I can exchange.So ideally one room was in second floor and one in fifth which itself was a service concern and dampener.Further the access card for the rooms used to become non functional every second day for which we had to personally get it activated rather than the front office doing it automatically.Also seen other travellers with similar problem..Also additional access card given to two floors on my request rather than front office giving on their own.
Restaurant lacks variety in their breakfast buffet, however service provided at restaurant was good.Indian Restaurant named Chingari showing in their website , however the same no longer exists.
Overall a bad experience.
