there was no room available for us inspect our booking today the hotel transferred our date and we have taken another hotel and we also dos not got refund ..it was mistake from make my trip ..we booked our hotel before 5 days and we didnot got rrom and money was not refund.terrible

The hotel room was clean and well maintain, the hotel staff was also cordial and provide good facilities and way of taking were good. The only problem i have faced was the room slippers, they are not available. I didn't click any

Bad stay at shyam paradise

Hotel room was quite nice but other things terrible. Initial room was smelly with smoke so gladly with some struggle they changed room. Had to ask for basic things like hangers and cups. Small piece of soap and one small tube of shampoo. No hot water. Maintenance came and had a little warm tepid water for few minutes and then again cold water. Had to take a cold shower.

Location was on the outskirts however the hotel is newly made so thus it was fine but room was not cleaned properly, when i checked in i could see a moisturizer used by previous occupant was still there, no toiletries were there in the room and also found a guests shirt in the closet.

This is a beautiful hotel, excellent amenities, magnificent decoration and art pieces throughout the building. The food is good and the buffet style allows the tourist to sample various dishes to learn to appreciate indian cuisine. They do have another restaurant a la carte if so desired. In terms of in-room service, it lacks attention. We had to keep asking for more bathroom supplies which were either lacking or insufficient every day

Give and take a few things, that can be improved, i'd give my stay here a solid 4. 5/ 5. The service, the cleanliness, etc were decent. Especially, if you are a solo traveller, shyam paradise can definitely be an option you can consider.
