Extremely Poor Experience at Hotel Regal, Amritsar - A Warning to Future Guests

Dear Management of Hotel Regal and MakeMyTrip (MMT),
I am writing to report an exceptionally poor experience during my recent stay at Hotel Regal, Amritsar. The facilities and service were far below any acceptable standard.
Key Issues Faced:
1. Non-Functional Amenities: The television in the room was completely out of order.
2. Lack of Basic Essentials: The room was not stocked with basic necessities like towels, soap, or toiletries.
3. No Hot Water: There was no hot water available for bathing or washing.
4. Unresponsive Staff: Repeated calls to the front desk for assistance went unanswered. There was no one available to help with any issues.
5. Rude Staff Behavior: The receptionist was unhelpful and displayed a consistently rude attitude.
6. Extremely Inaccessible Location: The hotel is virtually inaccessible by car. Guests with their own vehicles or taxis are forced to park at least 1 kilometer away and must complete their journey on foot or by cycle/auto-rickshaw. This is a major inconvenience, especially with luggage.
This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel service I have ever experienced.
Final Warning to Other Travelers:
I strongly advise anyone booking through MakeMyTrip or any other platform to avoid Hotel Regal, Amritsar at all costs. My experience was unacceptable, and I would not want any other traveler to go through the same ordeal.
