Pathetic Hotel in Jaipur

During my recent stay at Hotel Myriad Inn, booked through MakeMyTrip under the MMT Value Stay tag, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my experience. Despite selecting a top-category suite with a balcony, the room fell short of expectations. The air conditioner was noisy, and I was disturbed by mosquito bites. Upon requesting mosquito repellent late at night, the reception declined to provide one, forcing me to order it externally. The washroom had a broken flush, and the sofa was stained with paan masala marks. The balcony was cluttered with garbage, and despite requesting cleaning, no action was taken during my stay. Amenities like a hair dryer and iron were unavailable despite being listed during booking. Breakfast arrangements were inconvenient, requiring travel to another hotel 300 meters away. The meal provided consisted of only two pieces of idli and tea, which was disappointing given the package details. Attempts to address these concerns with the manager were futile, as he neither met us nor responded to calls. This experience has led me to strongly advise against booking this property. It is crucial to read reviews thoroughly before making a reservation to avoid similar disappointments.

Room was smelly and bathroom wasn’t clean. Bedsheets and blanket were torn. No tea bags, coffee sachets were provided.

Firstly the room was not neat and clean. The washroom was not good as well.towels were not clean .later the second day to compensate they have us super deluxe room which was not anyhow better as well .there was no tissue paper provided . We felt the staff was not welcoming as well . The mentioned iron in their amenities but yet they declined to provide the same saying it’s with another customer . They did not even provided is the room keys saying it’s with another customer .

The room was decent but it was not worth for a night. There was absolutely no view from my window. I had to park my car on the road because there is no hotel parking. The staff was cooperative but I had to call them for everything because there was nothing in the room by default. Location, however, was good.

Basically room was dirty and if you booked breakfast then you have to sagar Ratna for taking breakfast (idli , dosa and paratha after 11 Am). Staff very rude
