My stay here was extremely disappointing. The washroom was very dirty, similar to a sleeper-class train washroom. In 3 days no one cleaned the room, and there were cockroaches in the corners, spider webs in shelves, and the floor was sticky and smelly. The hotel staff also kept lying about the geyser, saying it wasn’t working and asking us to use cold water in winter. Only when I asked to change my room did they turn it on from their central control. I booked this hotel based on reviews, but the reality was completely different. Please check the rooms personally before booking.

check in or check out is very smooth everything in the hotel is nice but the location which MakeMyTrip provides is wrong so please correct it. i have waste 200 ruppess extra for autocharges because of it

There were hygiene issues, basic amenities were inadequate and cockroaches were found in room, the room was not cleaned after came back from outside. I would not recommend to stay

It was a terrible experience with this hotel. We kept the luggage in hotel's luggage room. After two hr we checked out from the hotel. Now after reaching at home,we get that the things were misplaced and a big amount that we kept in the luggage was lost. plz make sure that this ridiculous thing will not happen again.

The hotel was same as described. My family enjoyed the stay at hotel and food was also tasty. Staff was helpful and supportive. one issue I found was water jugs were not cleaned properly.

I highly recommend everyone. Their service was also good and the hotel is situated in main market so no worries about connectivity. Probably the best stay in Katra in affordable prices. Rooms are well nice experience

Overall our stay is not that great, though room was spacious but some of the terrible experiences- Washroom flush was not working properly. Hotel staff was more interested in their cab business- we har requested for late checkout by 1.5 to 2 hours even though hotel was not booked fully, they refused and emphasis on taking cab facility first, if you are using their cab or travel facility (over priced) then only they will consider your late check out request.

Owner can improve the hospitality, overall it was a good stay, near the railway station, if you have less luggage, you can walk and reach.

We had a very good experience stay at Hotel Katra Grand. Property location is very reachable to all the points. Superb services. We enjoyed stay, we will prefer to stay again Katra Grand in our future trips. Will recommend our friends and relatives to stay at Katra Grand during their Vaishno Mata trip

It is situated in slightly remote food facility are too far no proper cleaning of room and gallery.

room size is small .washroom not well maintained .in this price range may see another option .toilet not cleaned
