Firstly ac was not working and staff behaviour is not good and also room size small and also not working geyser also

Positive: Rooms are clean. location is good, near the neach thogh fat from Swargafwar Negative: terrible room serice, non cooperative staff. basic things like a kettle, iron or a dryer not available. In a nut shell, its over priced and not worth the money they charged.

Polite behaviour from hotel staff , very attentive. Location is good too . Beach front hotel, see beach view also good from room. The cleanness of hotel also good.

Sea facing rooms available, overall service good, food available inside hotel. Staff behaviour is decent.

Not sure. It was a pathetic experience. The states it is a 3 star property, but I would put it under 1 star category. The reception does not looks like a reception, not a good vibe. The property was under construction. One of the Rooms did not have the Tea kettle. The supplies for team/coffee in the room were also limited, we had to ask for the supplies often. The bed/mattresses were stinking. There was no WiFi available in the rooms. Too many mosquitoes in the premises and in the room. The room Toilet seat was broken. The property had stink all over the place. Parking is outside the hotel across the road in a common area. The breakfast was very poor. limited items that too were either over and everyone had to wait for the food to arrive or whatever was there was cold. The Milk and the fruit juice was very watery. They use to have just 1 fruit option, that too was stale. On the day of check-out they did not have courtesy to allow late check-out even though we were delayed due to the delay in breakfast arrangement. The only positive was House-keeping staff was good and helpful.

The front office person is having rude behaviour. There is renovation work going on in this hotel. No one informed me about this. Check in and check out time is not comfortable for visitors. Hotel should co-operate with visitors in case of few minutes late in check out

The properties location, staff service and food are fantastic. But for those, i would have rated the property as miserable. The room where we stayed was maintained most miserably for the amount i was charged. The washroom was the most untidy area. Overall cleanliness and ambience could be rated negative.

loction wise this hotel is good but other things are terrible . I booked delux ac room ( distanced view) for my parents for 3 night. 1) There is no one for room service like cleaning the floor , bathroom , bed sheet change etc . when my mom complained the manager he told ,"you were not in the room during the cleaning time so we can not clean". but my parent went for a walk after 10 AM . so according to that manager they don't clean the room till 10 AM . In a 3 night stay they never clean the room. 2) Fooding service is also terrible . my parent ordered for a normal " macher jhol , vat " at their restaurent . But there is no one in the restaurent . one random guy took the order and said we will deliver it in your room.food was ordered at 12:30 PM and food was delivered at 02:30 PM. But there was a group of tourists who cooked their food in hotel premises and hotel staffs are busy attending them.

Good location, courteous staff, Site under renovation but well maintained rooms. executive room is very specious. other rooms are bit cramped.

The hotel is situated in a good location, just on the marine drive, the beach is clean and less populated. Room size is ok, good food available. But they do give tooth brush, shaving kit

The location was really good. With that the food was amazing, the room service was excellent and the price was very reasonable. Everything was perfect.

The hotel is far away from the beach. The room quality isn't that great. At-least not a 3star hotel.

We had a nice experience and our trip was awesome. One day it became a waste due to the cyclone dana.

Well behaviour, very nice room services, foods are delicious and very punctual and disciplined. Overall we are satisfied.

The room cleanliness was worst

Our stay was good staff behaviour good. The hotel is old and there was construction work doing, hope it will give better comfort and look after renovations.

They don't know how to treat customers, i am a business traveler and i do not recommend staying in this hotel, very bad experience. A water bottle selling 35 rupees and food prices are too high.

Staff behaviour is nice, quick service. Room seems as per value for money
