Hotel Hayat Residency

It was good, Mostly we were outside and in low budget you cannot expect more good part they gave early check in and we checked out 1 hour 30 minutes late, hot water in the tap thanks I was with 2 kids so much need that part just request please provide slippers and some medicine should be available for emergency like for headache, gas etc.

Overall good experience with Hayat hotel, staff was polite, room was average as per price and service also very nice.

Property facilities were poor. No intercom, no TV, washroom was acceptable. Staff was supportive and food was just acceptable. Infrastructure could be better and tapered loose wires were present in place of intercom.

Bed is average, not good, but it is good of my experience. Cleaning is good I want to say overall good.

Food was good. Staff's behavior was good. They reach on time. Overall whenever I go to Jaipur I will stay here only.

not good, food is too spicy and also cutlury in good condition. i did early checkout on 14th nov 25 at 10 pm

at this price there is no need to say much about the facility. I just stayed waiting for my train . only 5hrs but the open wire in the room is dangerous. more dangerous for kids reachable area. and billing should be full amount.

It was a good overall experience at Hotel Hayat Residency, Jaipur. We got a decent room with basic amenities. Cleanliness could use an overall improvement, however overall it was decent.

Too many cockroaches, very average washroom, unless you are very tight on budget, do not opt for this hotel.

Hotel staff behaviour not good also room was not as per expected bedsheet was torn water not come out from washroom fluently. And the worst Food I have eaten ever yet.

Terrible stay - would not recommend the room was infested with cockroaches, making the entire experience very uncomfortable. It was obvious that cleanliness and hygiene are not maintained properly. I strongly advise others to avoid booking this hotel.

location,food amenities and services not good. we didnt had the food already we paid the food. on ground floor, it is too smell in corridor and bathroom

Rooms are having Limited facility with wires not properly ventilated. tv was not working in room no 207. View and ventilation was good. Ac is on but cooling is not working. Hotel provides shampoo, dental kit, soap . From safety point of viewhotel is very much safe and staff is courteous and good. Food is very tasty. But kitchen service is a bit slow. Receptionist Mr. Gupta is very good, understanding person and good. Night duty Manager is not at all serious towards his duties. Never attends phone at reception and does not understands requests/orders. Other hotel staff /waiters have changed and not better than previous employees. i had stayed here in January 2025 and staff was very good, taken order in one go and provided excellent service. new staff is untrained and unprofessional. does not provides glasses with dinner order. serving tray was not clean. overall 3 stars out of 5. would suggest owner to review staff once .
